In the US, every state incorporates and maintain their company as well as LLCs as per their state laws. Incorporation is a state’s business and only Taxation is a federal subject under US constitutional arrangements.
Hence, in order to carry out business in the other state, your business should qualify in that jurisdiction. In some states, state franchise taxes, state income tax or sale taxes maybe applicable.
